Open Positions

 

The Hardware Reliability and Security Lab and the LaCASA Laboratory in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at the University of Alabama in Huntsville have multiple openings for Graduate Research Assistant positions starting in Spring 2021 or Fall 2021.


We seek graduate students in pursuit of PhD (preferably) or MS degrees in Electrical or Computer Engineering. Research topic areas include device electronics, hardware security, modern non-volatile memory systems,and energy-efficient computer and memory systems. We are looking for students with a solid background in device electronics, hardware design, and embedded software development. The students will work on an innovative research project supported by the National Science Foundation. Requirements: Applicants should hold a B.Sc. or MS degree in Electrical or Computer Engineeringfrom a reputable University and meet UAH graduate admission requirements (GRE > 145 (verbal), > 155 (quantitative), GPA > 3.0 (> 8.5 on a scale 5-10)).

 

Starting date: January 2021 or August 2021.
